Forming healthy eating habits is much easier than you might think. The secret is to start with small steps! You might start with just one dedicated "healthy day" per week and expand from there.

Your journey to a fitter, slimmer and more energetic you doesn't have to be boring, stressful or time-consuming. I know that you're busy and can't afford to stand for hours in the kitchen chopping, cutting and cooking. Not when you just came home from work, rushed to the supermarket to fetch something to eat and have two or more kids plus an husband nagging because they want their dinner NOW.

In order not to turn insane, this is the moment when you resort to processed foods, ready to be heated in the microwave. Stuff that you know is not the healthiest option, and doesn't provide your family with the proper nutrition you'd like to give them.

Our recipes come to your rescue: they are all quick and easy to prepare. With a little planning ahead, they even save you time!

Many of our recipes can be cooked in bigger portions and the leftovers can be used either as is or to create a new, sometimes even more delicious meal.

They are colorful and bright - because what looks good, tastes even better.

What is more, we use many fresh ingredients: veggies, fruits, and lean meat. This gives you and your family all the vitamins, minerals, and micro-nutrients you need. And did I say they taste super-yummy?

I have a three-year-old at home who would rather eat cookies than his dinner, so he's a good test person for all our healthy eating recipes.

If you get into the habit of planning ahead for the week, the grocery shopping and cooking gets even faster. Take your weekly plan with ingredients to the supermarket and go grocery shopping just once a week - preferably during off-hours when the market isn't crowded.

Prepare as much as possible on the weekend and reduce the hands-on work needed every day. This way you can whip up a delicious meal in less than 15 minutes preparation time.

Your family won't be able to nag anymore, because they're still busy setting up the table when dinner is already finished.

One more benefit of your new way of eating: with proper nutrition, weight loss comes automatically. Our snack ideas provid you with healthful alternatives for the dreaded chips and cookies you might otherwise have while watching TV.

A healthy nutrition is a change for life, a change you will never regret. You will soon enjoy it and never want to binge back to your old habits of eating junk food. Take our healthy recipes as an inspiration and start creating your own variations from there.
