Organic Peanut-Butter Smoothie

Ingredients



  • 8 ounces of plain soy milk (or 4 oz of plain and 4 oz of chocolate soy milk)

  • 3-5 large ice cubes

  • 2 TBLS of organic smooth peanut butter

  • 1 Large ripe banana (preferably organic)

  • 1 TBLS of organic or natural honey

  • 2 TBLS of Flaxseed oil (a great way to take this oil)



Directions

Place soy milk and ice in blender. Then add the peanut butter, honey and banana. Blend on high for 1-2 minutes. Then on low, take the lid off and pour in the oil.

You will be very surprised how great this taste. We have it almost everyday and I have more energy and keeps me satisfied till lunch time.
