1. Ramblings

Maybe you didn't know that, but we have been "exiled" to China for six months and tomorrow is our last day. We're moving back home!

Tobias has been talking about what kind of German food he'll be eating during the next weeks...most of it like knuckles of pork is not suitable for a Low Fat Diet. But we found a genuine low fat Bavarian potato salad recipe to share with you.

And we have the intention to do more excercises, more about that under point 3.

2. Low Fat Bavarian Potato Salad

The typical potato salad contains mayonnaise. Not this one! Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup of white vinegar
  • 1/3 cup of hot water
  • 4 tablespoons of virgin olive oil
  • 2 pounds of potatoes, suitable for salad
  • 1 onion, finely chopped (1 cup)
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • ground black pepper

Nutritional information per serving:
Cal: 248g
Fat: 14g

Wash and peel the potatoes, boil them for about 25 minutes. Drain, cool and slice them.
Combine vinegar, olive oil, water and chopped onion.
Add salt, pepper and chives to your liking.

Bon Appetit!

3. Healthy Eating and Excercising

Just in time for our intentions to excercise more, my friend Lynn, a professional fitness trainer came up with the perfect solution.

She has written the interactive guide "How To Melt The Fat & Gain A Life" which will help us to boost our fitness and stick to the excercise routine.

Yes, at the beginning it sounds really hard...I admit, it is work, but after a while you will indeed start liking the workout. It happened to me. :-)

It's definitely worth checking out! She's so confident about the value of her book, that she gives you an unconditional refund guarantee if you don't like it.

You can download the eBook Melt the Fat at this location.
