As I wrote last week, I just bought an
pedometer and I'm really exited! It helps me to keep track of my steps and motivates me to walk more.
A few days ago I did a little experiment with and put it into the pocket of my 14-month old son who learnt walking just two months ago.
Wow! At the end of the day, he had done 6814 steps (little steps, sure, but steps)! If he can, then you can, too :-)
