Spaghetti and Spicy Meatballs
Spaghetti and Spicy Meatballs can be a warming, balanced meal - perfect for a chilly January!

This recipe is fast and easy to make!
- Lean minced beef, 100-125g
- Egg, white only
- Bread crumbs, 1 tbsp
- Italian seasonings
- Spaghetti sauce (bottled or tinned), 125 ml
- Parmesan cheese, grated, 1 tbsp
- Mixed salad
- Italian salad dressing, 2 tbsp
Mix mince with egg white, bread crumbs, and Italian seasonings. Form small meatballs and brown slowly in a nonstick pan. Add spaghetti sauce and simmer for 20 minutes. Pour over cooked pasta sprinkled with Parmesan cheese. Serve with your salad and enjoy!
Secret ingredients: Add a dash of Tabasco to your sauce for some zing, and a pinch of paprika to your Meatballs for spice!
